Tablet of Souls

Once per session, the wielder of this artifact may instantly gain a pop, which lasts 1d6 sessions. If a 6 is rolled on the d6 roll, the wielder increases their health state by one. This pop functions just like any other pop, and has its race, culture, and religion completely randomized from the world. They cannot be converted in any way. When the pop disappears, the wielder must wait at least one session before using this artifact again.
